State Fair Tradition

Each year we have a fun Rimmasch family tradition of going to the State Fair to celebrate Holland's birthday. This year had a new twist... kids. It was fun to see all the nieces and nephews enjoy the animals and all the fair fun.

I ate a super fattening foot long corn dog, fudge, and other tasty treats. My favorite part of the fair was the art building, each year I tell myself I am going to put a piece of art in the fair... maybe next year.

The goat chart was particularly amusing, very informative.

The little piglets were a huge crowd magnet and boy are those little guys noisy when they eat, poor mama pig.

This is probably really blurry cause I took it on my phone but the sky was gorgeous that night and really great set against the fair landscape.
