Getting ready to....

Sell the house. We haven't officially put it up for sale, but we are hoping to in the next month or so. We've spent the last two weeks painting.

We still have a lot to go. We are selling it ourself without a realtor to cut down on the equity that we will have for another home. Why you ask? We desperately want a garage and a fenced yard for the pups. We have our eyes on a couple of properties, mostly in Sandy. We're pretty excited. Let's hope all goes well.
